Pinematic CRS

CRS is an automated feeding system for pineapple processing lines, designed to fully replace the operator in the stages of fruit orientation, bottom-end trimming, and loading onto the peeling machine.
The system integrates AI-based machine vision for real-time fruit orientation recognition, an orientation correction module (0°–180°), an end-trimming system, and a biaxial robotic unit for loading the downstream machine.
